Hi, I have a excel spread sheet in excel 2007. I made a list of material in a drop down list by validating the list of material. I want to be able to select an item in the drop down menu and it list the item and then in the next cell beside it show the price the relates to the item selected and then beside that show the labor for installation. Excel will not let me validate more than 1 column of info to put into a drop down. So how can I select the item, then in the next cell it either automatically put the price and labor number or have a drop down menu that only give you the option to select the price for the item and labor. Thanks for your help!

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
