How to prevent rounding when adding fractions

Hello everyone, below is an example of the problem I am having. When I add using the sum formula, Excel keeps giving me a 1 for an answer. Anyone have a better formula for adding fractions to yield a fraction? Thanks!

+	3/5
	1

-Fraction
-Up to Two Digits

Result should look like example below.
