Hello all,

I want to make a column of data to be rounded to one decimal point even before data is entered. For example, I am sending the worksheet to someone and they enter (3.225) but it will automatically change it to (3.2)
How can I do that? Thanks.

Best way to learn Power Query?
Read M is for (Data) Monkey book by Ken Puls and Miguel Escobar. It is the complete guide to Power Query.
You can set-up that column to round to one decimal place.
Then, if you turn on the "Precision as displayed" option, I think it should do that,
See here: Set rounding precision - Microsoft Support

Give it a test and see if it does what you want.
The other option would be to use VBA, but then you need to make sure that they enable VBA code on their computer!
