How to set Formula to get the total

Hi, would like to seek for assist to the below excel formula.

Criteria
Product A = Must have at least 20pts, if less than 20pts can add in the pts from Product C to hit the 20pts.
Product B = Must have at least 20pts, if less than 20pts can add in the pts from Product C to hit the 20pts.
Product C = The total can share to either Product A & B.

Sample:
Product A = 17pts. Less 3pts which need to borrow from Product C.
Product B = 13pts. Less 7pts which need to borrow from Product C.
Product C = 12pts

Questions : How do i do the formula to split the pts from Product C to Product A & B? And if the pts already borrow to Product A, it cannot duplicate borrow the pts to Product B.
Above sample show, is 12pts can split 3 pts to Product A & 7 pts to Product B.

Please help...

To the best of my understanding then maybe something like...

Excel Workbook
	A	B	C	D
1	Product	Basic Points	Borrowed from C	Adjusted Points
2	A	17	3	20
3	B	13	7	20
4	C	12	*	*
Sheet6

NB A will get priority over B for sharing from C
