Hello,

Essentially you are trying to draw a line in an Excel Chart. Is that correct?

Here is a tutorial on drawing lines in Excel:

To draw a line, you need 2 points. One X,Y starting point and an alternate x,y ending point.

You can then change the line style to add the arrow in between.
