How to transfer data from excel to another window base app via macro

Hey can some provide me with a simple macro to transfer data from excel to another window base app. Basicly I want the macr to copy the date from say cell A3 to another window base app and then go back to the excel and copy the date from cell N3 and copy that information to the same window base app and continue this process untill it copies all the information form the excel around 400 plus line.:confused:
 

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
Probably worth telling us what Windows based Application

i.e - if it is an Office application like WORD this doesn't even need a Macro...
