How to use iMacros for extracting data?

I am a rookie with VBA, Macros etc. I don't know coding at all.

I want to use iMacros to extract data from websites how is this possible? I want to extract data from website and put it into an excel workbook using iMacros automation.

hundreds of questions over this site on just those sort of desires, give the search function a chance of how to do that in excel. reading the blurb it seems imacros exports to csv for import

I have made too many searches already to find this out. But there is no useful information.

This is the only source that I found has a closer explanation, but I am unable to make it work myself.
