How would I implement a checklist saving function?

Hi, I have an Excel configurator for my machine which can be built differently depending on the parts chosen. What I would like to achieve is that each time I check all the selected parts, I would have to hit a "Generate Configuration for Selected Parts". Once that button is hit, it'll add Configurator 1 to a combo box. When Configurator 1 is select in the ComboBox, it'll populate various label control with the first one/ two/ three characters of the checkboxes (# of characters depends on the part). So those are the various options that I can select. Now, the crux of the problem follows in the images below.
