i don't know how to perform a task

I have two workbooks one for my data ( Tabelas.xlsx ) and another one orcamento.xlsx ) where i want to do a lot of calculations. in my "tabelas" i have several worksheets where i put my data, lists, etc, My problem is my "Orcamento" i have a cell witch value is a calculated one ( max (AX24,BF24 ) cell after Ibmax entre Umin/Ib e Umax/Ib inversor ) and i want to choose the nearest (>= ) value in Tabelas, disjuntores, Calibres and put the value in cell
BF28, Since until this moment i cant do this automatically i have a dropdown to choose.
I don't know how to attach my files (xlsx ) to a better understanding
