I need a formula for Excel 2010

Here's what I have!
I have a column of cells, A1:A10, all of which the values could be either positive or negative and change every so often.
I need sum of the column in cell A11.
I need the sum of cells A1, A3, A5 in cell A12.
I need the difference between cell A11 and A12 in cell A13.
I need the negative numbers to calculated as 0's.

Hope this makes sense!
I'm a rather old man and new to excel!
