I need to RIGHT(VALUE,2)<>"00" inside a SUMIFS statement

1	Cost Code	Type	Value
2	1000-00	FIELD	1
3	1000-00	SHOP	2
4	1000-02	FIELD	3
5	1000-03	SHOP	4

<tbody>
</tbody>

I need to do a sumifs statement for anything "Type" of "FIELD" and it must exclude any "Cost Code" ending in "00"

I have looked online and have not found any examples for using the LEFT, RIGHT, or MID methods within a SUMIFS statement

the correct answer should result in 3

In essence it im trying to figure out something like...
=SUMIFS(C2:C5,B2:B5,"FIELD",A2:A5,RIGHT(???,2)<>"00")

This seems to work...

=SUMIFS(C2:C5,A2:A5,"<>*00",B2:B5,"FIELD")
