Idle Macro Launch???!!!

Hey all,

I have a page of macro's which update various reports around my system, What I'd really like is for these macro's to run, one after the other, when my system is idle for 3 minutes or so. Not the most experienced VBA user so if its possible could you explain where I need to be putting the code as well the code I need to use?
