If cell color doesn't match highlight the cell

Hello there!

Is this possible in excel?

I have cell in A1 colored with blue then cell in B1 colored with blue if they don't match, it will highlight as red.

Thankyou!
 

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
