IF statement help

Hello,

I am trying to write an IF statement that will work with the below layout.


E18 H18

Recommended Weight	Sets	Recommended Reps	Reps
150	4	20, 15, 12, 10	20, 15, 12, 10

<colgroup><col><col><col><col></colgroup><tbody>
</tbody>

The weight 150 is calculated from another sheet on the spreadsheet which you will see in the formula i have created below.

=IF(E18='Data Overview'!E11*0.75,'Data Overview'!E11*0.75, IF(H18="20, 15, 12, 10", E18+10))

What i am trying to do is, if at the recommended weight i hit the rep goal it is to add 10 pounds but if i do not reach the rep goal than it is to stay the same.

Currently with this formula it is staying at 150.
