I have 5 conditions that I am testing in cells C3:C6. If the first if condition is met, I want to display the 1st text message. If condition 1 is not true and if any of C3:C6 is not blank, I need to display multiple text messages from another sheet.

=IF(OR(I9>H9,I10>H10,I11>H11,I12>H12),"Discount Given is greater then Max. Discount",
IF(C3<>"",IFERROR(VLOOKUP(C3,'Company Info'!$A$1:$M$25,13,FALSE),
IF(C4<>"",IFERROR(VLOOKUP(C4,'Company Info'!$A$1:$M$25,13,FALSE),
IF(C5<>"",IFERROR(VLOOKUP(C5,'Company Info'!$A$1:$M$25,13,FALSE),
IF(C6<>"",IFERROR(VLOOKUP(C6,'Company Info'!$A$1:$M$25,13,FALSE),"")))))))

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
I was able to get the formula to work(see below formula). I have run into a situation where I have duplicate responses that I do not want. The results from C3:C6 can be the same. I do not want to display the text multiple times. Is there a way to only display the duplicated result 1 time?

=IF(OR(I9>H9,I10>H10,I11>H11,I12>H12),"Discount Given is greater then Max. Discount",
IF(C3<>"",VLOOKUP(C3,'Company Info'!$A$1:$M$25,13,FALSE)&
IF(C4<>"",VLOOKUP(C4,'Company Info'!$A$1:$M$25,13,FALSE)&
IF(C5<>"",VLOOKUP(C5,'Company Info'!$A$1:$M$25,13,FALSE)&
IF(C6<>"",VLOOKUP(C6,'Company Info'!$A$1:$M$25,13,FALSE))))))
