Import Data From Access to Access - Table Not on List

I want to import data from one Access db into another. However, when I link to the db, the tables I want to grab are not available.

I've linked to the db in question from Excel, in which I can select one of the available options, and then change the Command text (in Connection Properties) to the table name I want, and it will connect.

I can't seem to duplicate this from Access, however. Can anyone shed some light? Thanks!

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
If the table you want to link to is itself a linked table I don't think you'll see it - go to the original database where the table "really" is. Excel is probably treating links as queries so it doesn't really care.
