Import text file based on a drop down/list box in VBA

hi, I am trying to import a text file based on the value in a cell or list box. I have cobbled to gether the below code to look at a specific cell but i keep getting an error stating the file does not exist and the debugger highlights the .Refresh BackgroundQuery:=False

Can anyone point out what i have done wrong?

Your code looks OK. What code do you get if you record a macro while querying that text file manually? What's in G19 on worksheet Dashboard when you get the error?
