ImportXML with DTD exception

Looking for the appropriate syntax to switch the "ProhibitDTD" setting to False in order to allow the following VBA application to run in an excel module. Its an issues consistent with MSXML 6.0.

DataSource:="C:\Users\xxxxxxx\Desktop\12_3_2014_11_35_57_AM - Copy.xml", _
ImportOptions:=acStructureAndData

Any ideas?
