In ranking order ?

Hi folks,

another query for any1 to suss 4 me

I have 1 column with text descriptions e.g types of vehicles
I have a second col with numbers

I would like the 2 areas to adjust themselves automatically with the highest no at the top and relevant vehicle type next to it in running order and lowest no at the bottom.

yes but i want it to be automatic though when a workbook is opened
