Inches to be rounded up to next foot

I need a way to have the number input be automatically updated to the next foot increment.
ex. If 2 was inputted, it would have a value of 12. If 26 was the input, it would have a value of 36 (being that 2' 2" (26")) would go to 3', and so on. This is based on English foot and inches.
