Index Match Fail

Hi,

i have an 2 ws. WS BC and current ws that i have
I would like the current ws formula to be refering to BC worksheet to get the index match input and return my value. However it failed

For Rx = 10 To lastrow_All Step 12
submodel = Cells(Rx, 1).Value
month = Cells(8, Cx).Value
salesqty = Application.Index(Sheets("BC").Range(Cells(StartRow_BC, StartCol_BC), Cells(lastrow_BC, lastcol_BC)), Application.Match(submodel, Sheets("BC").Range(Cells(StartRow_BC, 2), Cells(lastrow_BC, 2)), 0), Application.Match(month, Sheets("BC").Range(Cells(1, StartCol_BC), Cells(1, lastcol_BC)), 0))

The error i get is : Runtime error ' 1004'

Anyone can help me please.
