What is the quickest/simplest way to get a cell value when with 2 sets of criteria?

if...
A1:A5 is list of first name
B1:B5 is a list of last names
C1:C5 is a list of birthdays

How do I pull out the birthdays if I know the First and Last names?

Control+shift+enter, not just enter...

=INDEX($C$1:$C$5,MATCH(1,IF($A$1:$A$5=E1,IF($B$1:$B$5=F1,1)),0))

where E1 is a first name and F1 a last name.
