Inserting values?

Hi,

Just looking for some quick help on inserting values from a reference on sheet 2.
On sheet 2, I'll have a list of values like "a" in column 1 and "200" in column 2, next, below "b" in column 1 and "150" in column 2 etc. Anyone have a suggestion for a function to look at a value in sheet 1 ("a") and insert the numerical value from sheet 2 into a cell ("200")??

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
