"Intelligent" link to excel file

I have an excel table with 10 columns and 30000 rows. I have Autofilter active so that the user can make selections.

Question: Is it possible to make an "intelligent" hyperlink to my excel file so that if the user clicks the hyperlink it opens the excel file with the applicable Autofilter selections already made, so that the user immediately sees the applicable rows I have selected for the user to see? And if so, is it possible to make "predefined" selections in smore than one column? If not, are there other, but similar solutions?
