Can any one please inform me if they are aware of one.

Excel Facts

What is =ROMAN(40) in Excel?
The Roman numeral for 40 is XL. Bill "MrExcel" Jelen's 40th book was called MrExcel XL.
Word is covered very well over there.
Especially Selection-->Format-->Change Case-->Sentence Case. ;)

Just an FYI, but typing entirely in CAPS is hard to read (and kinda' rude, as it's interpreted as shouting).

I must be in a good mood. I completely missed that and ALL CAPS used to be a pet peeve. :LOL:
