Is it possible for Excel to draw a 3D model of something once dimensions are put in to a form? Or is there an add in that can be used?

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
Why use excel for this? How about using PowerPoint or something like AutoCAD?

Dont have autocad nor do I want to use it. Is it possible to do what I want using Powerpoint with Excel as the reference point for dimensions?

Hi Michael,

Thanks for that link it is very helpful. To answer your question about why the reason is that we had to get rid of our current software system which draws this automatically and we have some savvy Excel systems that we already put all the daya into so thought we could integrate it somehow.

It is...but why ??
IMHO, most graphics created are simply done to test the abilities of both the user and the application.
