Hi there

I have the data in one Sheet and a table in the second. At the top of the first sheet i have a subtotal showing numbers and percentages on what is in each column.

I would like to use countifs formula in the table on sheet 2 but only showing the results that are filtered on sheet1.
Example

sheet 1 filtered to Subject. second sheet populate results for All. M, F, etc as percentages.

Hope this is possible?
Many thanks

Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
It might make more sense to see what you are after if you can post a small sample of your data and expected results.

There are tools you can use to post screen images. They are listed in Section B of this link here: Guidelines for Forum Use.

Also, there is a Test Here forum on this board that you can use to test out these tools to make sure they are working correctly before using them in your question.
