Keeping a graph attach to a row when ranking

I have a spreadsheet that has data in column "A". In column B, there is a graph that descirbes the history of that variable. Is there a way for me to rank Column A while keeping the graphs attached to it's respective variable?

Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.
