Keeping rows together over page breaks

I have a spreadsheet that has multiple groups of rows that are sometimes hidden and sometimes not but ultimately change the number of pages and page breaks when printing.

I was wondering if there is a way to write a macro that will keep groups of rows together so that they don't split across page breaks or pages when printing?

Has anyone found a way around this?

Excel Facts

What is the fastest way to copy a formula?
If A2:A50000 contain data. Enter a formula in B2. Select B2. Double-click the Fill Handle and Excel will shoot the formula down to B50000.
Thanks for the post Boller.

Unfortunately either of these methods work for my application in that i have a range of merged cells within the data set that will not work with data sort function. I also have the same information in cells within the same column that I want to group separately.

It would be great if there was a way to 'keep together' various ranges of rows within the spreadsheet despite what data is in them, when printing but I haven't been able to find anyone that has found a solution to this.
