Label data based on format

I have a single list of tax IDs in a column in Excel. Some are SSN (###-##-####) and some are EIN (##-#######) based on the format. I need a formula to identify as SSN or EIN by the format the number is listed. Help.

Tax ID nubmers, both Social Security numbers (SSN) and Employee Identification numbers (EIN). SSN format is ###-##-#### and EIN format is ##-#######.

Ok, how about
Excel Formula:
=IFERROR(CHOOSE(FIND("-",A2)-2,"EIN","SSN"),"")
