Hi everyone,

I'm trying to set up a ring chart, with both labels and values showing up in the correspondive parts. Only now, labels of zero values appear too, messing things up.

I have set zero values not to appear in the cells, but it didn't help.
(I cannot use NA() since other formulas need to make use of these zero values)

I'm using Excel 2007. Is there a way out?

Thanks :)

Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.
If I ever come across this I duplicate the data specifically for the graph with formulas like (I think you know this from what you said about NA() but for those that don't...);

Code:
=IF(A1=0,NA(),A1)

And set your graph to that range and the original formulas can still use the 0
