Launching Camera from Excel and take a picture to insert in worksheet

We would like to launch the camera from excel and insert the picture where active cell is.
Is this possible ?
 

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.

Are you wanting the user to select a range to copy as a picture ?
