Legend Problems

I have a Excel stacked table. It actually has three bars but the third is a total of the first two so I have it as zero in the table and just have the data label at the top to display the total of the first two bars. My problem is that I can't get the proper title on the Legend. I need the first two to show but the second two show. The bars are showing up correctly in the table.

Column 1 Column 2 Column 3
22,499 120,133 0

Legend

# Column 3
^ Column 2

I hope this makes sense. . .

Click once to select the legend itself, then once on the entry you want to delete, then press delete.

Excel Facts

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
That is what I had done before but it kept coming back with columns 2 and 3 instead of 1 and 2. Hopefully this will stick.

I appreciate your help!
