Link cells to a folder to find most recent data

Is it possible to link cells to a folder and have it select the most recent workbook to get the data from? All the workbooks in the folder have the date in the title.
 

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
