Hi All

Was wondering if any one can tell me what I am doing wrong .
I have linked and access Table to a excel Sheet, but i cant get Vlookup or index and Match to return any values i know i have done both of them the right way.
I created a scaled down table on another sheet and used the same vlookup arguments and it returned the right value.

I am new to Excel and Access so any help would be appreciated.

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
Found my Problem it was me being Stupid. When i linked the Table it made the numbers a text field as soon as i formatted every thing to the proper fields it worked a treat.
