list and count cities names in a column.

Hello, Column A is a large list of cities more than 10k duplicated city names, I need to list the names without duplicate. Preferable with formula only.

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
