Hi, Hope someone can help with this.

I have created a calender in excel that shows 1 day per cell ( d1 is the first of the month and cell AH is 31st of month. I want to create a drop down on each cell of around 50 training options. The problem is that the training option names are way to big for each cell. Is thee anyway I can create something that will allow me to see at a glance what training course i have chosen for each cell? Lastly, i would like the cell to turn red if i choose a training course and blue if i choose a consolidation course. Hope this is clear.
