I have 5 column. A:E.

I need to seperate each ID for manager start column H

Sounds like a good job for a Pivot Table.

This is dynamic report, I don't know about doing Pivot table everything data updates.

Try this with H1 = Juan, J1 = Michael, K1 = Kerry, M1 = Paul, O1 = AJ
