Livelink Question

We're (at work) currently phasing in Livelink.
The machines that have Livelink installed are throwing up a strange thing with Excel.

If one opens an Excel workbook that contains a password-protected VB project, everything works fine. You can close the workbook without any problems.
However the strangeness then comes when you close Excel - the "enter password" dialologue box for the VBA project opens; it's as if all of a sudden something is trying to open/view/edit the VBA within the project.

Any ideas as to what's going on, and more importantly hope to stop it?

Many thanks in advance.

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
