Thanks Andrew, I had a look the link that you gave here. It will show the gif every time when I click back to this sheet, but what if the macro code has finished excecuting, will this gif disappear automatically?

You don't have to use the Worksheet_Activate event procedure that was just an example. Activate the sheet at the beginning of your code and show the gif. Hide the sheet at the end of your code.

I understand now, you mean to make an extra sheet to put the gif in, and at the end of the macro to hide this sheet.
It sounds nice.

I am not sure whether it is possible to show a pop up loading gif?
and the end to close it.

and is there parameter to change the background color of the webpage instead of standard white? or to remove the Arrows of the webpage in the right side?

You can remove the ScrollBar like this:
