Locked For Editing??

I am trying to save my document, but each time I attempt to do this, I get a pop-up which says "locked for editing." At that point I have to select either 1) read only or 2) notify. How do I turn this setting off??

Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
