hi I have been reading the posts. My problem is eventhough the computer is on a netwoork the actual computer is open to all and the spread sheet is availible to all from the same desktop so no logging on to the network at this time. My file is compleatly form driven no one can select cells. what I need is a login page some what secure and a way to add or delete users any help would be apreacited thanks in advance

also I have the toolbars set to unload at open and reload at close but I just used the most common. is there a way to check which ones were open and turn thoes off and on as above thanks
