I am making a meeting overview of an event. I create each meeting down the rows and mark an "x" under each participant and time of the meeting (both along the columns). Hereafter I would like to make separate cellar overview where it automatically marks "free", "booked" or "double-booked" for each person at a given time. Example below.

Meeting table:
| | John | Mary | Mike | 3 pm | 4 pm | 5 pm | 6 pm |
|-------------|-------|-------|-------|-------|--------|-------|-------|
| Meeting 1 | x | | x | x | | | |
| Meeting 2 | | x | x | | x | | |
| Meeting 3 | x | x | | | | | x |
| Meeting 4 | x | | x | | | | x |

Calendar overview:
| Time | John | Mary | Mike |
|--------|-------------------|------------------|------------------|
| 3 pm | Booked | Free | Booked |
| 4 pm | Free | Booked | Booked |
| 5 pm | Free | Free | Free |
| 6 pm | Double-Booked | Booked | Booked |

How do I lookup the time each person are booked and count if there are potential double-bookings?

Excel Facts

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
