Lookup the time from a row data

Happy New Year to everybody,
I am trying to make a time-sheet format from a row attendance data. Row data will look like as below:

ID #	Date	Time	Type
100	1/1/2017	07:00 AM	IN
100	1/1/2017	05:00 PM	Out
100	2/1/2017	08:00 AM	IN
100	2/1/2017	01:00 PM	Out
100	3/1/2017	10:00 PM	In
100	4/1/2017	08:00 AM	Out
100	4/1/2017	08:00 PM	IN
100	5/1/2017	07:00 AM	Out

From this data, i am trying to create a time-sheet format like below

ID	1/1/2017	1/1/2017	2/1/2017	2/1/217	3/1/2017	3/1/2017	4/1/2017	4/1/2017
	IN	Out	In	Out	In	Out	In	Out
100	07:00 AM	05:00 PM	08:00 AM	01:00 PM	10:00 PM	08:00 AM	08:00 PM	07:00 AM

I used vlookup function. But having trouble in Date 3/1/2017, coz here a shift is starting from one day and ending on another day. Can anybody assist on this.
