We use Office 365. Every day, we pull a file of all open tickets. Then, each of us makes a copy of that file with just our own tickets. What's the best way for us all to be able to keep open and modify just the one master file all day long? We'd each need to be able to run some macros that work on the individual files now.

Excel Facts

How to fill five years of quarters?
Type 1Q-2023 in a cell. Grab the fill handle and drag down or right. After 4Q-2023, Excel will jump to 1Q-2024. Dash can be any character.
Am also interested on what people advise on this.

I have been using Office 365 and the Shared File feature quite successfully. I do have macros in the spreadsheet and they work on some installations and not others. I haven't figured out which settings allow them to work and which don't.

I believe co-authoring is the way you want to go. Macros work on individual instances and are Saved as Author Changes.
