Macro for Combining Multiple Sheets On to One Sheet

Need a macro to combine sheets and create a column that indexes what sheet (By the sheet's name) the data came from on every row that it picks up.

There are about 10 sheets with same column headings but I want to combine all the info into one. I am sure this one has been asked before.:biggrin:
