I am working with some data that consists of two types of messages: one containing vessel speed and another containing vessel type. Both messages share a common ship identifier number. What I'd like to do is run through column A (ship ID), check column B (ship type), and if column b has a value, to paste that value in all instances of that ship ID. I'm a macros noob, but this seems like something that could be done. Any thoughts?
