How do I create a macro that generates a new row with pre-populated formulas in each cell?

I actually only need to populate cloumns A through C in the new row(s). I'll need multiple macros as well, so the line where the row(s) are inserted will move if one or more rows had been inserted already. This is basically a form with questions being answered by the user, and I want some of the questions to generate a follow-up question if not left blank. The follow-up question will be inserted immediately below the trigger question with set text in column A, column B is blank (this is where questions are answered in the whole form), and column C displays a concatenation.

I'm really new to macros, but any help in the right direction will be greatly appreciated.

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
START MACRO RECORDER
insert a row where you need it, enter the formulas logically, left to right
stop macro recorder
copy the macro
paste here between code tags
and explain what you need to be done,
new line at always the same location? etc
