Macro for XML tag

Hi All,

Can any1 help me out for my erquirement by providing macro.
i have xml tag which has 3 words in it.
3 words are different,each word starts with capital letter.
i want a macro which can eliminate <> and put those tag name in different columns with the help capital letter.
EG:<HelloWorld> macro should remove < > put Hello in column one World in second Column.
Note: My tag may have one or max 6 words.
