Did I miss out some steps? Thanks so much!

My Excel is Excel 2010 version.

You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
Hi there,

Try this:

Code:
Option Explicit
Sub PrintReport()

    If Range("C6").Text = "x" Then
        Sheets("Cover").PrintOut Copies:=1, Collate:=True
    End If

    If Range("C7").Text = "x" Then
        Sheets("Index").PrintOut Copies:=1, Collate:=True
    End If

    If Range("C8").Text = "x" Then
        Sheets("Contents").PrintOut Copies:=1, Collate:=True
    End If

End Sub
